STUDENTS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS will be contacted to schedule a 15 minute phone interview and to discuss the CINEMA Summer Film Camp Program.

*REQUIREMENTS – Please submit the following required items:

  1.  A completed registration form
  2.  A signed Letter of Commitment from student and parent/guardian (sent via email after being accepted into the program)
  3. A non-refundable $50 registration fee (required for all students) must be paid after being interviewed by an FFI staff member and acceptance into the program.
