FFI’s Summer Film Camp is a six week intense filmmaking program that takes place in-person from June 19, 2023 – July 28, 2023 @ Coral Gables Art Cinema, located at 260 Aragon Avenue in Coral Gables. Please note that there is no virtual option this year. The camp will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 1pm. All CDC guidelines and protocols will be in place. FFI will give up to 25 high school students ages 13 to 18 the opportunity to focus on essential and practical aspects of commercial motion picture production, including script preparation, cinematography, lighting, sound recording, directing, editing, acting and music. The program will feature instruction by South Florida Film Industry professionals.
